Care Instructions

Please be gentle with your earrings, and they will last you a lifetime if you treat them with love and care. Even though polymer clay is a beautiful medium which is durable and flexible, they can still break if you bend or apply excessive force to your earrings.

Avoid exposure to perfumes, hair spray, makeup and moisturisers. These may cause discolouration to your jewellery.

To clean the earrings, you can wipe with a soft, damp cloth and rub gently.

Most makeup and other stains can be removed using rubbing alcohol on a q-tip, however avoid these on varnished or resin-coated earrings.

BRASS COMPONENTS: Some earrings have a brass components added. Naturally, over time brass can loose its shine, and begin to tarnish. To remove this tarnish simply polish with Brasso or use the polishing cloth provided.

Polymer Clay

Polymer clay is a type of modelling clay made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC), a synthetic plastic polymer. It is soft and pliable when raw but hardens when baked in an oven at low temperatures (usually 275-300 degrees Fahrenheit). Polymer clay is popular for crafting and sculpture because it is easy to work with, comes in a wide variety of colors, and can be molded and shaped into various forms. It is also durable and resistant to breaking or chipping once it has been baked.
